Why hasn’t your membership renewed after payment?

We understand that renewing your membership is essential, and in most cases, it happens automatically as soon as the payment is processed. However, there are instances where this may not occur as expected. Here are a couple of reasons why your membership renewal may not have been updated:

  1. Missing KID Number in Payment Our system tracks all payments using the KID number. The system will only automatically update your membership if the KID number is correctly included during payment. You can find this number at the bottom of your invoice. To avoid this issue in the future, please double-check and ensure that you have entered the KID number when making your payment.
  2. Direct Online Payments If you have made a direct online payment to our bank account, please note that this transaction does not automatically update in our system. This is because the system does not receive any notification for such payments. If this is the case, kindly send us a copy of your payment slip and specify the purpose of the payment (e.g., membership renewal or product purchase), so we can manually update your account.
